All of our natural and organics hair and skin care products are cruelty-free and tested on humans. All products are tested on varied demographics to determine short and long term effectiveness.

Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after an order is placed via USPS.

A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address after your order has been packed with a tracking number via USPS.

If you want to modify your order once it's been placed send an email to sales@daisyandmabelorganicics.com with order details and additional information about your request. Please do so as quickly as possible, this will increase the liklihood that we can adjust your order as requested before it has reached the shipment phase. If this does not happen, visit our returns or exchange section.

We believe that everyone should have what they want in the products that they purchase. If you are unhappy with a product within 14 days of purchase send us an email at customerservice@daisyandmabelorganics.com. Once your refund/exchange is processed a credit to your original payment method will be applied within 5-10 business days. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
