When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after an order is placed via USPS.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address after your order has been packed with a tracking number via USPS.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to modify your order once it's been placed send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with order details and additional information about your request. Please do so as quickly as possible, this will increase the liklihood that we can adjust your order as requested before it has reached the shipment phase. If this does not happen, visit our returns or exchange section.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We believe that everyone should have what they want in the products that they purchase. If you are unhappy with a product within 14 days of purchase send us an email at email@example.com. Once your refund/exchange is processed a credit to your original payment method will be applied within 5-10 business days. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
