Canceling an Order
Contact us ASAP, we ship fast! We are here to help: sales@daisyanmabelorganics.com. Please include your order number for reference.
Exchanges
We will facilitate a return for all unopened product 30 calendar days after the original purchase. Please contact us for authorization of a return to ensure that your item is returned to the proper address and your replacement item is eligible prior to shipping. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Cosmetic products: health/personal care and beauty products are not eligible for return after opening, except for allergic reactions. Open/used products are contaminated and pose a health hazard and may not be resold.
Store Credit
Tried it, but really did not like it? Do tell us what you did not like and we will refund the price in store credit.
If you exceed 30 days, you may redeem store credit within 60 days, minus shipping costs.
Daisy & Mabel Organics will only pay for return shipping if we sent you the wrong item.
Non-Cosmetic Return Policy
- Must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Merchandise must be clean/unused and contained in its original packaging
- Return shipping labels issued for incorrect items sent
- The original credit card used at time of purchase will be credited
- Returns will be processed within 1 week after receiving your items
